Our Vision: Why Do We Need a Change?

In today's fast-paced society, many people feel immense work pressure, a lack of direction, and even a sense of insecurity in the workplace. We believe the problem lies not with individuals, but with rigid work cultures. Therefore, I hope to initiate a gentle revolution: to create a new work environment founded on 'psychological safety' and a 'growth mindset.'

In this environment, everyone dares to express their true thoughts and is not afraid of making mistakes; everyone is encouraged to learn continuously and embrace challenges; everyone is respected for their uniqueness. This is not just about building a successful company, but about solving a profound social issue.

My Story: Why Me?

From being a 'deserter' of the electrical engineering department to exploring the world of computer science, from my time at HTC to joining Google, my career has been a series of cross-disciplinary learning experiences. At Google, I deeply understood the immense potential that a culture of mutual respect and support for growth can unleash. However, I also saw that the beauty of this culture has not yet become the norm in society.

Leaving my comfort zone was a decision to bring this ideal seed to a wider soil. I hope to combine my past experiences in large and small companies to become a practitioner, proving that a more humanistic work model is not only possible but also more competitive.

The Roadmap: A Three-Stage Evolution of Point, Line, and Plane

This plan will be divided into three stages, gradually expanding its influence like a point, a line, and a plane.

Phase 1: Point (Seeding) - Building a Community, Sharing Knowledge

Everything starts with a 'point': sharing. By writing articles, managing communities, and initiating open-source projects, I will continuously share my knowledge and ideas. The goal of this stage is to gather a group of partners who identify with this vision, build a vibrant community, and learn and grow together. This will be the foundation and starting point for all our actions.

Phase 2: Line (Incubating) - Founding the First Model Enterprise

When the points connect to form a 'line,' we will establish the first technology company with the 'new work culture' at its core. This company will not only pursue commercial success but, more importantly, serve as a 'cultural laboratory' and a 'model sample.' We will practice all our ideals here, proving that ideals and reality can coexist, and establish a replicable success model for future expansion.

Phase 3: Plane (Scaling) - Creating a New Work Culture Ecosystem

When the lines are woven into a 'plane,' we will start from the first successful model enterprise to incubate, invest in, and build more companies with the same cultural DNA, spanning different industries. Ultimately, we hope to form a large and diverse 'New Work Culture Enterprise Alliance,' constituting a powerful economic entity that fundamentally improves the working environment and quality of life in society.
